  • 1 can (14 ounces) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 ½ cups Ice
  • Fresh Mint Sprigs (for garnish, optional)
  • Lemon Slices or Twists (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

1. Prep Your Lemons: Wash your lemons well. Roll them firmly on the countertop before cutting them in half to help release more juice. Squeeze them until you have one full cup of fresh juice, straining out any seeds.

2. Load the Blender: Pour the sweetened condensed milk into your blender first. Follow with the fresh lemon juice and the vanilla extract.

3. Add Ice: Carefully add the 3 ½ cups of ice on top of the liquid ingredients.

4. Secure and Blend: Secure the lid tightly. Start blending on a low speed, then gradually increase to high. Blend for about 30 to 60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and has a thick, frosty consistency.

5. Serve Immediately: Pour your delicious iced creamy lemonade into chilled glasses. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint, if desired. Serve right away.

Notes

For the best results, use a high-powered blender and chill your serving glasses in the freezer for 10-15 minutes beforehand.
