Description

Whip up a delicious and refreshing strawberry mango smoothie! This easy recipe uses simple ingredients for a perfect tropical treat in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup of ice cubes

1 ½ cups frozen strawberries

½ cup frozen mango chunks

1 ¼ cup mango juice

¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

1. Gather your powerful blender.

2. Pour the mango juice into your blender first.

3. Add the frozen strawberries and frozen mango chunks.

4. Spoon in the plain Greek yogurt.

5. Drizzle in the honey.

6. Add the ice cubes.

7. Secure the lid, then blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high until completely smooth and creamy. Pause and scrape down sides if needed.

8. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired (add more honey, juice/water, or frozen fruit/ice).

9. Pour your freshly blended smoothie into your favorite glasses.

10. Garnish with a fresh strawberry or mango cubes, then enjoy!

Notes

Substitutions: use ripe banana or coconut yogurt/almond milk for creaminess; swap mango juice for orange juice or coconut water.

Variations: add spinach/kale for a “Green Power Smoothie,” protein powder for a “Protein-Packed Smoothie,” cayenne pepper/ginger for a “Spicy Kick Smoothie,” coconut milk/water for a “Tropical Coconut Dream,” or chia seeds for a “Chia Seed Boost.” Best served fresh. Garnish with fresh fruit or granola. Pair with toast, nuts, or a hard-boiled egg for a heartier meal.
